In-home physical therapy takes place in your own living space, so your therapist can address the exact stairs, bathroom, and furniture you use every day. It's especially helpful if you're homebound, recovering from surgery, or at higher risk of falling on the way to and from an outpatient clinic.

of pocket cost. We also accept Medicare Advantage and private plans, and verify benefits before care begins.

Medicare covers physical therapy as part of the home health benefit when you need part-time skilled care, are considered homebound, and have a plan of care certified by your doctor. If you don't meet the homebound requirement, Medicare Part B can still cover medically necessary outpatient physical therapy, typically with a 20 percent coinsurance after your deductible.

Your therapist assesses your strength, balance, range of motion, and mobility, and reviews any recent surgery, hospital discharge notes, or physician orders. From there, they set specific goals with you and build an individualized treatment plan rather than a generic program.
